Our Beautiful Campus

Some of the must do things on campus and what makes AHU unique. Even though we are a commuter campus. I love that we have things like the spring picnic, and that's when a lot of departments come together and you will see the pride of every student's face. They are coming in their colors they sometimes have like face paint on, and they're rooting for each other in trying to win this giant trophy that goes around to every department. It's a really cool time to see the competitiveness on our campus and also the cohesion as well as the unification. Another thing that I love about AHU is that there are other areas outside of AHU that you can go to. Ee do live in Orlando, and that is a hotspot for tourist attractions. So of course you have the main areas like Disney World and Universal Studios. But if you're a little bit more on the low key side, especially here in the Winter Park and College Park area, there's a lot of coffee shops that's really popular with students. There's areas where you can just walk parks that are nearby. Especially our dorm students, if they need to study break, then they can just go hit up a coffee shop or just hang with their friends. There's a lot to do you will you won't miss out especially in Orlando.

Being at AHU it's a wonderful melting pot. There's so many different ideas and thought processes and religions and so many walks of life that come through this door. And bringing the students together as a huge focus here because with AdventHealth University and AdventHealth as a whole one of our biggest missions is community. And I feel like we have a strong sense of community here through our student body.
